Cancelling your booking
Not published yet. Guests need to know how far ahead they can cancel and what happens to any money paid, before they commit.
Fill this in at Settings → Cancellation policy and it appears here automatically.
Whatever the terms, message us as early as you can. Because nothing is charged at booking time, an early cancellation costs you nothing and frees the seat for somebody else.
Rain, flood and the waterfall
Not published yet. The waterfall and the bamboo rafting both depend on the weather, and this is the question guests ask most often before booking.
Fill this in at Settings → Rain policy.
The herd, the water level and the weather are not under anyone's control. We will always tell you honestly what a day is likely to look like before you travel.
If we cancel
If we cancel a day — too few guests, unsafe water, an elephant that needs rest — we tell you as soon as we know and offer another date or a full refund of anything you have paid.
